Parting thou hair

I clearly remember the day I discovered my first gray hair. It was five years ago and I was here at the clinic, a mere 28 year old child I was. I found it and proceeded to stomp to Doc’s office and showed him and told him it was because of him that it appeared. His response was classic…”yeah, it probably is”. For those of you that know Doc you probably agree, too, that he had a role in the development of it!

Fast forward five years…I can’t blame him anymore. I guess I can blame my father, at least that is where I am told those genes come from. BUT. Adam noticed the other evening that only one side of my head has gray hair~the side where I part it everyday and therefore the scraggly little white hairs stick up and out and all over. He tells me, “you need to part your hair on the other side”. Thanks, babe for the advice.

It is true, though…I did a trial run today and no gray hairs on this side. Hmmmmm, I wonder if it is the exposure to the elements that caused the left side of my head to become more gray? It’s like I’m 27 again, just by parting my hair on the other side! Not really, darnit.
