This is horrible! Just a couple of quick funny spots (more like sickening): between 1:30-1:45 the doctor talks about doing a cesarean to preserve the woman’s “love tunnel” and how her Husband will appreciate this. He also asks what a doula is. He thinks it is a rash and asks if there is a cream for it. It gets better than this, too….

One Day Closer to seeing Jesus
Riotously funny and sad, but true to life. This scene was played out almost verbatim with a shirttail family member a couple weeks ago. They induced, she “failed to progress,” was told her birth canal was too small for the baby, and they C-sectioned. Boom. Just like that. 🙁 When I heard about it, I had a pit in my stomach, like she’d been taken advantage of, raped essentially. But she doesn’t know the difference, so what can you do? I’m sure she’ll live her life thinking doctors know best and there’s no reason to question them or the experience.
