For many months I have been struggling with blogging in a positive light. And that is important because I want this blog to be a happy and fun place…….with a little bit of reality interspersed here or there.
We have some big decisions coming up that effect Adam’s job and whether or not we will be moving forward on trying for a family…..and from where that family may come from. It is time to place our thoughts and energies towards these decisions.

You guys have had so much going on in the past few years, so many changes, and so many significant (both happy and sad) family events. Life changes, seasons of life change, and you need to focus on wherever God is directing you now. Love and hugs to you ♥♥♥

I totally get it! Sometimes I think I should shut ‘er down too. Different seasons call for different forms of expression from us, I suppose. I am so glad to have connected with you and Adam via this format these past several years. You have been an immense encouragement to our family through some pretty weird and sad times.
Also, Shana – I hadn’t been on facebook regularly enough to know something had happened in your family, so my mom filled me in about your uncle. I was so sorry to hear of it. Wow. What a loss. It’s so hard to wrap our minds around the meaning of it all when a person is young like that and involved in their world and community. I read his online obituary and some of the comments at the memory sharing website. I sure hope you are sensing God’s peace these days in inexplicable ways.
And I am thinking about you far more than I remember to mention about this family-growing business. Whatever you decide, I know your decision will be honorable.
